  • Development of visual key and concept for internal communication campaigns;

  • Creation and development of offline and digital communication materials, including magazines, newsletters, social media posts, infographics and presentations.​

Graphic Design

As a graphic and digital designer by training, I have the ability to work with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Power Point, as well as seeing patterns (or lack thereof) in relation to colors and typography.

Research and interviews

Doing interviews and understanding users’ pain points and goals is my favorite exercise. I usually do a mix between Miro and Word to consolidate the results.

Prototyping

Figma is my favorite for prototyping, but I also have experience with Adobe XD.

UX Writing and storytelling

I feel very comfortable analyzing and writing texts, as well as revising them. The famous details that may go unnoticed, but are important to the whole.

Co-creation and workshops

​I find it easy to pass on knowledge, such as CSD matrix workshops, creativity workshops and story creation.
